P7F Science Experiment

We are measuring moisture reduction in apples over a four week period. We all peeled an apple, cut out a face, coated it in salt and stuck a lollypop stick in the apple. We are plotting the moisture reduction over 4 weeks. We will inform you of the outcome at the end of the four weeks. Stay tuned!
