Our current topic is Living Things. The children have enjoyed learning about animals, plants and trees.
They now know how to decipher if something is living or non living. They found it interesting to discover that they are mammals like giraffes!
We have sorted animals into mammals, amphibians, reptiles, fish, birds and insects.
During Activity Based Learning they had fun drawing giraffes, making and labelling the parts of flowers and taking on roles in our imaginary vets corner.
