- Today, in small groups the children were given a photo of an African classroom. They had to think up questions they could ask about the picture to gather more information.
Questions included… what is the roof made of?
Why are the children looking in the window?
Where are the children sitting?
How would the children get to school?
Why are they not wearing uniform or shoes?
After we heard each other’s questions and discussed are thoughts and reasons for our answers.
