P5 are enjoying learning all about Northern Ireland. Today, we had a visit from Will Taylor, the owner and founder of Glastry Farm ice cream. He told us all about the history of this, locally produced, product and kindly brought us generous samples to taste. Yellow Man and Strawberry Blonde appeared to be the most popular flavours of choice!! We would definitely recommend you give it a try😋
